Dressing rooms available!

We will have a dressing room with showers available to be used during the league!

Sports outfit

We take care of the pitches, balls, materials, and a referee. Make sure you join a game in a sportswear with team color as agreed upon. The goalie needs to wear a different color.

Footwear

For all our artificial grass pitches we recommend turf shoes. NOU ONDA is good quality artificial grass so we recommend (multi)stud turf shoes.

Bring your own water bottle!

Make sure you keep yourself hydrated especially in warm weather conditions. Bring your water bottle! There is a possibility to refill your water bottle using the tap next to the field.

Gamestyle

In the F5 league, we play with a size 4 ball and don’t make use of the walls. When the ball is out we kick-in from the sidelines by foot. Make sure the ball is exactly on the line.

The referees lead the game

The referees are in charge of the decision making during the league games.

Complaining / provocation = yellow card

Fair play is a very important during the ONDA F5 league. We are very strict on this and complaining to the referee or provocation towards other teams will be directly punished with a yellow card.  Only the captain is allowed to comment, with respect, to the referee.

No slide tackles

During the league we play without slide tackles. Defensive slide tackles without a opponent closeby are allowed. Slide tackles on a running player are prohibited. Keep it safe, the referee can draw yellow/red-cards.

Faults, Yellow, Blue & Red cards
  • After 5 faults in one half, every next fault is a Tiro 9. That’s a penalty from the furthers white dot with the goalie on their line. The result is either a goal or a goalkick. At half time, the faults reset to 0.
  • Yellow 3 minutes out, or until the opponent scores.
  • 2 Yellow cards = blue card
  • Blue card = player send off, another player can come in after 3 minutes
  • Red send-off, player suspended for next game
  • 2x red card during a game for one team is 5-0 win for the other team
  • Players can be suspended from the league
All free kicks direct, wall on 3m

During free kicks & corners,  the opposing team has to be a minimum of 3 meter distance from the ball. All free kicks are direct. Unless goalie picks up a backpass.

Handballs

Direct free kick when the ball touches a players arm whether accidental or deliberate.
